In most cases we will therefore guarantee the ring against stone loss for one full year from the date of pickup. There is a charge for prong retipping and stone settings. Any diamond engagement ring or wedding set purchased from Grandgems.com will be sized and solder together at no charge.

If you guess at the ring size and we size the ring(s) and the finished product doesn't fit properly we will charge you a nominal fee for any ring re-sizing. All white gold products are always finished with a rhodium wash. The rhodium finish usually lasts 5 - 12 years depending on what the ring has been exposed to.
